so if i want to block a program from accessing the internet, i select it from the rules as "blocked application", but the only way to allow it again at the moment is to go on a clicking/ticking marathon, so please fix it by:

1) add a button next to the rule, which you can click on/off,

2) which should also change the color of the button to green/red - the same style button that some browser cookie settings are showing you after you switch those on/off
